st. martin/chambord/meung-sur-loire

the past week has been full of
traveling and getting settled into classes
down the street from my residence
is a basilica that we had to study for class
which was so incredible
wednesday we had a class trip to chambord and melunge-sur-loie
two chateau's (castles)
chambord is one of the largest in the loire valley

when we arrived at meung-sur-loire
we found out that they owners were closing the castle
so they allowed my class to get BEHIND the guard ropes
and sit on all the 16th century furniture and take pictures
too much fun!

this weekend about half the summer abroad students
are heading to paris
renting out multiple floors in various hotels
it's going to be an amazing weekend
with some amazing new friends
